Ooredoo is a telecommunications company of Qatari origin. In 2014, Tunisiana became the Tunisian subsidiary of the Ooredoo group.


  • Train customer advisers in telephone communication techniques
  • Sensitize learners about customer relations, customer satisfaction, advice and autonomy

  • Device composed of several short modules of the Rapid Learning type: an e-Learning module and a Serious Game

  • 4 missions / 4 axes of analysis: the learner plays the role of a customer advisor by answering calls and finding solutions for each client.
