e-Learning, the pitfalls to avoid

Today the share of companies that have 100% distance learning remains stable at 7%, however the percentage of those who opt for Blended Learning is 74%, leaping 10 points compared to last year. Distance learning is based on our daily habits, that is why Integrating digital technologies into our everyday tasks has become a norm. It becomes evident that integrating e-learning into our training programs is just as important.

When we see that 87% of working people believe that training allows them to evolve and feel better within their work environment, we quickly understand that training is an important part and that it will become more and more so. But before embarking on a Digital Learning training there are concepts to consider, here are the pitfalls to avoid.

Define the objectives
